First post! Demo's out, but I felt I should make a post with basic info on "They Call," just in case the progress blog is too much.

Firstly, I want to mention that I won't be doing progress posts on Itch. I update far too often, I don't wanna clog feeds.

Now, onto the important stuff:

• "They Call" is a work in progress 18+ visual novel. A dark story with optional romance, sexual content, and choices that cater to monsterlovers.
• The 18+ thing is important, please abide by it.
• I am working on this entirely alone. This is also my first time ever doing anything like this. That means I'm going to take a very, very long time to finish it.
• If you want to follow progress, I have fully detailed posts on tumblr and summarized posts on bluesky. Both links can be found on the Chasm Critter Studios profile.
• Is this romance-centric? Only if you want it to be. "They Call" is first and foremost a story I desperately wanted to write, and that will always be the core of it. What you build for yourself within that story is up to you.
• "They Call" will remain free. At some point, I will be adding an optional payment thing, but likely only after it's finished.
